AEM Cores leads the field in quality core products. In 2002 we embarked on an intensive program of self improvement centered around magnetic core performance. One of our first challenges was to find a way to measure core performance. Once we created the tools to measure core performance we used these tools to take measurements during our own internal core manufacturing process. This in turn greatly improved our knowledge and our QA and QC awareness. Many changes were effected in our material handling and changes made to our furnaces. We also gained a deeper understanding of the mechanical factors affecting a cores magnetic performance. Now these proven measurement tools have been further refined and made available for purchase.
